Logistics Executive

About Role
ANSCER Robotics is a Bengaluru-based robotics company developing Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGVs) for warehouse automation and intralogistics. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage domestic and international shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with logistics partners to deliver products on time. Working closely with Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Quality teams, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
  
• Manage export documentation and customs clearance activities.
  
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, airlines, transporters, and courier partners.
  
• Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) regulations for lithium battery shipments.
  
• Plan dispatch schedules and delivery timelines to meet customer commitments.
  
• Arrange domestic transportation and monitor deliveries.
  
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.
  
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure shipment readiness.
  
• Maintain shipping records and logistics documentation.
  
• Support logistics cost optimization and continuous process improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance.
  
• Familiarity with DG shipping regulations (IATA/ICAO) is an advantage.
  
• Good understanding of Incoterms and international freight.
  
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple logistics activities while maintaining clear and effective communication.
  
  

Additional Expectations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  
• Willingness to coordinate with logistics partners outside regular working hours, including occasional late evenings, to support critical domestic and international shipments.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
