Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – UPS & Data Center Solutions

Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales professional to drive revenue growth for our UPS systems and data center infrastructure solutions across Mumbai and Pan India. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the IT/cloud, BFSI, manufacturing, and colocation sectors, and a proven track record in selling high-capacity power backup and cooling solutions

Key Responsibiliti

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual revenue targets for UPS and data center solutions (rack, cooling, monitoring, modular DC
• Identify, qualify, and close large-scale opportunities with enterprise clients, system integrator, and consultant
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channels, SI and EU customers in UPS and Data Centers industry
• Collaborate with Pre-sales engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to client need
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Indian power/infrastructure space

Key Requirement

• Experi ence: 5-8 years focused on UPS, power backup, or data center physical infrastructure
• Educa tion: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred) or Business. MBA is a plus
• Net work: Strong existing relationships with end-users, consultants, and channel partners in Mumbai / Western India/ Pan India
