Senior Manager - Projects

About the Company

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Develop, implement and audit policies and procedures that guide the capital investment of supply packages (CPD, CSD and VIA);

Guide and monitor capital activies in compliance with ABI accounting manuals and internal requirement;

Coordinate with supply internal team and other related functional team on capital activies;

Continuous improvement (Agile, transformation and etc.) to adapt ABI culture

Responsibilities

Major Activities : Reasons for taking the action (End Result)

• Update and maintain Zone Capex Master Process and guideline, Detail control of Capex budget for projects; Agile project management and Digital transformation: Supply capex budget control, 1YP project list, RIA approval, committed, execution, GR management, Booking/LE accuracy and post evaluation. Online system (Project management and assets management)
• Capex compliant management: Capex Dashboard
• Brewery Capex assets management policies and control: Process, approval and tracking of assets relocation, Idel, impairment, write off and etc. Annual checking for fixed assets by brewery
• Capacity management and capacity files updated: Capacity3.0 updates and zone capacity dashboard
• Capitalized people cost management and process: Budget, expense and timesheet
• Project Cost estimation, Capex data governance and Schedule management: CBS, Cost Report, FO/CCO, Claims, Civil Bidding Management Monthly Report, Capex Champion, Odyssey system, ESG, Capex Champion
• Assistance to the plants for the preparation of their investment proposals for Capex: 1YP list
• Track and communicate project progress with management regularly through all tools available: Weekly Capex project progress reports
• Responsible for completion and accuracy of capex management for the regions: CAPEX T&M report
• Provide weekly capex project summary report per plant for review with BOPs: Weekly report
• Conduct the regular audit to capex projects managed by brewery: Audit report
• Government incentive tracking and feedback: Weekly tracking and monthly report
• Digital transformation, Asset data management improvement: CAPEX management tools enhancement
• CAPEX Champion tracking: Saving identification and reuse

Qualifications

• BA degree in brewing/packaging/mechanical engineering.

Required Skills

• 5 years in the breweries in the engineering/capex/project department at manager level.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and organizational skills required.
• Good interpersonal skills and management skills required.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and equipment suppliers.
• Working knowledge of brewery equipment.
• Project expertise – E2E – Scoping to Execution.
