Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Title Searcher. The Title Searcher will be responsible for conducting title searches, examining liens, reviewing the chain of title, and processing deeds. The role also involves working closely with escrow agents to ensure thorough and accurate title searches.

Qualifications

• Experience with Liens, Chain of Title, and Title Searches
• Any products in Title Search (One Owner, Two Owner, Full Search)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
• Previous experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus
