What You'll Do:
- Design and implement large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures at enterprise scale
- Lead full-stack development initiatives across multiple technology platforms and application tiers
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices, design patterns, and technical excellence
- Drive cloud-native and DevOps initiatives to enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Establish and maintain code quality standards, testing frameworks, and development best practices
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy for enterprise applications
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across all systems
- Build highly scalable, cloud-native microservices applications with proven track records
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years of proven experience in architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale software systems
- Hands-on full-stack development expertise across Java, Node.js, React.js, and REST API development
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML/OIDC) and Okta integration
- Proficiency with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Comprehensive experience with entire software development lifecycle (Agile, SDLC, Iterative)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience with relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
- Strong commitment to code quality, testing, maintainable software, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
