Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager role at Hostnetindia is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing strategies to promote the company's hosting and mailing solutions, with a focus on customer acquisition and brand visibility. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage social media channels, oversee online campaigns, and coordinate lead generation activities across multiple platforms. Daily tasks include monitoring web analytics, optimizing campaigns for better performance, and collaborating with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The role also includes content planning for digital channels, managing marketing budgets, and reporting on campaign effectiveness and key performance metrics.
Qualifications

• Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience developing and executing integrated online campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including managing paid and organic campaigns across major social platforms.
• Experience with Lead Generation techniques and tools to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Ability to use Web Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and report performance.
• Knowledge of hosting, cloud, or IT services domains is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
