About the Role

• We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in so ware quality assurance and test automation.
• The ideal candidate should have strong exper se in Python, SQL, automa on tes ng frameworks, and a founda onal understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solu ons while ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of modern web applica ons and AI-powered features.

•  Design, develop, and maintain scalable automa on test frameworks.
•  Create and execute automated test scripts using Python.
•  Develop and execute func onality, regression, integra on, API, and end-to-end test cases.
•  Validate backend data using SQL queries and database testing techniques.
•  Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
•  Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA input during sprint planning.
•  Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
•  Identify, document, track, and verify so ware defects.
•  Perform API tes ng using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
•  Validate AI/LLM-powered features by testing prompts, responses, and functional behavior.
•  Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and release signoffs.
•  Contribute to conti nuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategies.

Technical Skills

•  5+ years of experience in So ware Testing and QA Automa on.
•  Strong programming skills in Python.
•  Strong SQL knowledge with hands-on experience in database validation.
•  Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
•  Experience with testing frameworks like PyTest, Robot Framework, or Unit test.
•  Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
•  Understanding Git and version control systems.
•  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.  Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
•  Relevant cer fica ons in QA Automation or So ware Testing are a plus.
•  Experience with cloud pla orms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable.  Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter is an added advantage.
