HR Manager

Company Description Nahar Hospital is an 105-bed secondary care, multi-specialty hospital designed to address the growing need for quality healthcare services in the region. Currently in the final stages of development, it will feature advanced emergency, critical care, and operation theater facilities. The campus includes residential accommodation for in-house and visiting doctors, nurses, and technicians, with dedicated dining and laundry services. The hospital prioritizes patient safety and rapid recovery through centrally air-conditioned key departments, including OT, ICUs, isolation rooms, and a comprehensive CSSD. Green open spaces, a central courtyard, and water bodies are integrated into the campus to enhance patient experience and support healing.

Role Description The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention for clinical and non-clinical staff. This full-time, on-site role based in Bhinmal includes managing HR policies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with hospital standards and regulatory requirements. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and promote a respectful, safe, and inclusive work environment. They will also manage payroll inputs, attendance, and HR documentation, while supporting training and development programs for staff. Collaboration with hospital leadership to ensure adequate staffing, compliance with labor laws, and alignment of HR practices with patient-care priorities will be a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and effective HR documentation and reporting.
• Experience with HR operations such as payroll coordination, attendance management, and workforce planning.
• Ability to design and support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on integrity and confidentiality.
• Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in hospitals or healthcare organizations.
