Job Brief

We are looking for a customer service representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current or potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and enquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers on our calls, chats and email platforms.
• Identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions in timely manner.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking ownerships.
• Keep record of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  
  

Required Skills

• Graduate
• Atleast 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Good typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of assistance logs.
• Comfortable to work in rotational shifts.
• Dependable, adaptable and focused towards common team goals.
