Role Description The AGM Design role at Corp Placements is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will oversee design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements, brand standards, and market expectations. Typical responsibilities include leading design planning, coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing and refining design outputs, and maintaining quality and consistency across all deliverables. The role involves mentoring and guiding design team members, managing timelines and resources, and contributing to strategic design decisions that support client goals and organizational growth.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lead and manage design projects, including planning, execution, and quality review.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably at AGM or equivalent level.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with relevant design tools and platforms appropriate to the organization's projects and industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Experience working with corporate clients or within a consulting/executive search environment is beneficial.
