Role Description The Technical Team Lead role at InCruiter is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading a software development team, overseeing end-to-end delivery of technical projects, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions across InCruiter's product suite. Daily responsibilities include planning and prioritizing work, guiding team members on architecture and implementation details, reviewing code, troubleshooting complex issues, and coordinating with product and business stakeholders to align technical outcomes with business goals. The Technical Team Lead will also mentor team members, drive best practices in engineering and DevOps, and proactively improve processes, performance, and reliability across systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team in a startup environment.
• Extensive experience in MERN Stack technologies & Microservices SaaS architecture.
• Very strong team leading and management skills.
• Candidates should possess robust Software Development experience, including hands-on coding, system design, and familiarity with modern frameworks and tools.
• Candidates should possess effective Project Management capabilities, such as planning, estimation, sprint management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues across distributed systems and production environments.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Beneficial skills include experience with SaaS products, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and security and performance optimisation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, are highly valued.

Currently designation should be Technical Lead or Engineering Manager in the fast pace startup environment.
