Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist role is a full-time hybrid position based in Guwahati, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. In this role, the specialist identifies and qualifies new leads through online research, calls, messages, and outreach on digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining lead databases, nurturing prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities. The specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders to refine lead generation strategies, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on lead quality and conversion trends. This position requires proactive communication with potential customers and consistent follow-up to support business growth.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in New Leads and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and manage prospective customers.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with leads, understand their needs, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills to support conversion of qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Candidates should possess Research skills to analyze markets, identify target segments, and discover new lead sources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both in-office and remote tasks.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
  • Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
