X-F1 Advisory Services (XF1) is a fast-growing Bengaluru consulting firm specializing in Financial Modelling, Valuation Advisory, and Financial Planning & Analysis. We serve a diverse clientele - developers, investors, infrastructure and private equity funds, SaaS companies, corporates, and government entities - across India and international markets. Our team has real modelling pedigree, including a Top 2 finish at the Financial Modeling World Cup, and we're building a practice where analytical craft is taken seriously.

We're hiring a Senior Associate - Business Modelling to help deliver high-quality modelling and analytics work. Reporting to the Project Lead and Director, you'll design, build, and stress-test financial models, run in-depth analysis, lead client workshops, gather and structure input data, and turn all of it into insight clients can act on.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• CA or CFA (charterholder or candidate)
• 1 to 3 years in financial modelling, ideally at an accounting firm, consulting firm, investment bank, or boutique modelling practice
• Solid grounding in accounting, corporate finance, and tax as they apply to modelling
• Advanced Excel, comfort with Power Query, VBA, analytics tools
• Curiosity about how AI and automation can sharpen modelling work - we build and use our own tools, and you'll be expected to as well
• Strong written and verbal communication, and a genuinely collaborative approach
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts, with real attention to detail

Compensation: INR 12 to 18 Lakhs per annum, based on experience.
