Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial outreach to prospects, explain offerings, and understand their requirements.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions for the sales team.
• Maintain strong follow-up communication to nurture leads until conversion.
• Participate in client calls when required to support the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with TLs & Operations teams for targeted campaigns and lead nurturing.

Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in any field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
• Ability to research, analyse data, and identify opportunities.
• Proactive attitude with strong follow-up discipline.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
