Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers
• Initiate outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, to spark interest and open doors
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and hiring goals
• Nurture relationships and keep the conversation going through consistent follow-up
• Collaborate closely with the business development and leadership teams to schedule high-impact meetings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system
• Stay informed about market trends, hiring movements, and industry news to add value in every interaction

What You Bring to the Table

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field
• 1 To 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, client engagement, or business development
• Stellar communication skills—written and verbal—you can hold attention and build trust
• Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to pick up the phone or craft a compelling email
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and CRM tools (bonus points if you've worked with HubSpot or Zoho)
• A team player mindset with a drive to exceed expectations and grow with the company
