Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our interior designing company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design and excellent client handling skills. The candidate should be able to manage and supervise the execution of projects on-site, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standard and within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee the execution of interior design projects on-site
  • Ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard and within budget and timeline
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the design vision is implemented effectively
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the execution of projects
  • Ensure that materials and finishes are sourced and installed according to the design specifications
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and the design team
  • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on the progress of projects and to address any concerns they may have
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on-site

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior design, with a focus on site supervision
  • Excellent knowledge of interior design principles and software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication and client handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
