Job Description:

• Review and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Piping, and Fire Protection BIM models.
• Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality BIM project deliverables for MEP & Fire Protection disciplines.
• Coordinate BIM projects and ensure compliance with company standards and workflows.
• Manage BIM processes, including worksets, shared parameters, templates, sheets, and naming conventions.
• Audit and review models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Create Revit families, templates, and system components.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, quantity take-offs, and material schedules.
• Perform clash detection and create search sets using Navisworks Manage.
• Coordinate with BIM Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to process improvements and team development.

Education & Background:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Relevant BIM/Revit certifications will be an added advantage.

Skills & Proficiencies:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, and Collaboration for Revit.
• Strong knowledge of MEP & Fire Protection BIM workflows.
• Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM standards.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings and quantity take-offs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and teamwork abilities.
