Role Overview

Are you someone who lives and breathes Instagram, loves creating scroll-stopping content, and enjoys turning ideas into engagement We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Executive to own our digital presence and help us grow our brand across platforms. This role is a perfect mix of creativity, strategy, and execution.

What You'll Do

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube (reels, posts, stories, carousels, short videos).

Take full ownership of Instagram – from content ideas to execution and growth.

Build and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and brand goals.

Write catchy captions, scripts, blogs, and ad copies that connect with the audience.

Collaborate closely with the CMO to plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns.

Stay on top of trends, memes, formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh.

Track performance, analyse insights, and prepare weekly/monthly reports with learnings.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing.

Strong storytelling and writing skills with a creative mindset.

Solid understanding of Instagram algorithms and growth strategies.

Comfortable experimenting with new ideas and formats.

Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
