Job Description:

  • Operations Management - Manage daily finance operations within assigned processes. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and on time. Monitor SLAs and KPIs. Month-End Close. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Review reconciliations and journal entries. Ensure timely reporting to regional and global finance teams.
  • Operational Excellence - Oversee the transition of financial processes (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, Record to Report) to the shared service center. Implement standardized processes and ensure adherence to best practices. Monitor performance metrics to ensure high service quality and efficiency
  • Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for automation and standardization. Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement projects. Support ERP upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Controls & Compliance - Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls. Support internal and external audits. Maintain compliance with SOX, IFRS, GAAP, and company policies.
  • Team Leadership - Manage team performance and development. Conduct training and coaching sessions. Drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Stakeholder Management - Partner with business units and country finance teams. Provide operational updates and KPI reports. Handle escalations and service delivery issues.

Job Requirements

Experience And Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Mathematics.
  • Experience: 18 - 21 years of progressive OTC, PTP, RTR financial operations experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial compliance, and OTC, RTR or P2P cycle best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication abilities.
