Project Coordinator in Mumbai, Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project execution from project initiation to successful closure.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings, requirement discussions, and regular project review meetings.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
• Coordinate with development, implementation, support, QA, sales, and accounts teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor task assignments and ensure timely completion by respective team members.
• Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and escalate them proactively.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes (MoM), project trackers, and status reports.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards before client handover.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and go-live activities.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, feedback, and project-related escalations professionally.
• Monitor project budgets, scope changes, and resource utilization where applicable.
• Ensure proper closure of projects along with client sign-off and documentation.
• Maintain project records, updates, and reports in CRM/Bitrix or project management tools.
• Support continuous process improvement and implementation of project management best practices.
