Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for our Statutory Audit team based in Churchgate, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct statutory audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards.
• Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Prepare audit reports, observations, and recommendations.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in internal controls.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and financial statements.
• Handle audit documentation and maintain proper working papers.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of Companies Act, Ind AS, and applicable statutory regulations.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  
  

Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• Candidates must have completed both CA Final Group I and Group II.
• Articleship experience in statutory audit is preferred.
