- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring students grasp the fundamentals of Sanskrit.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration, promoting a sense of community among learners.
- Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences and make Sanskrit more accessible and engaging.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities that promote the appreciation of Sanskrit literature and culture.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects that enrich the curriculum and provide holistic learning experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends to continuously improve instructional practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement, fostering a supportive home-school connection.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the overall growth of the educational institution.
- Contribute to the school's mission by promoting values of respect, integrity, and excellence in all interactions with students and staff.
- A Bachelor's degree in Sanskrit or a related field, with a teaching certification recognized by CBSE.
- Proven experience in teaching Sanskrit at the secondary level, demonstrating effective classroom management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Ability to create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that caters to diverse learning needs.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its application in enhancing language learning.
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson planning, grading, and student assessments efficiently.
