Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Oracle PL/SQL and Facets. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and maintaining robust database solutions. Experience in the Claims domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong English language skills and offers a day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements that meet business requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot database issues to provide timely resolutions and maintain system integrity.
• Implement best practices in database design and development to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
• Provide technical expertise in the Facets application to support business operations and improve system functionality.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and promote continuous improvement.
• Document technical specifications and system configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and system maintenance.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
• Support data migration and integration efforts to streamline processes and enhance data accessibility.
