Accounting Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting to keep our books accurate, audit-ready, and compliant with company policy and accounting standards.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software & MS Excel Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

About The Role:

Solaire, India's fastest growing solar company, is expanding its channel sales team across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. We're looking for driven sales professionals who can own partner relationships and open new markets in their territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow channel partner relationships
  • Open new markets and onboard high-potential partners
  • Execute regional sales plans with the Regional Manager
  • Lead market visits, customer meetings & partner engagements

Channel Sales Field Sales Solar Inverters Solar EPC Renewable Energy Electrical & Power Electronics

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day factory operations to meet production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and statutory compliance — planning schedules, optimizing manpower and resources, and driving continuous improvement to boost productivity and cut costs. Coordinate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement, and Logistics, track plant KPIs, ensure preventive maintenance and inventory control, and develop high-performing teams, all in line with Factory, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

Qualification

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial or Production (MBA – Operations, a plus).
  • 5+ years as Factory/Plant/Operations Head in Renewable Energy or Power Electronics manufacturing.
  • Hands-on with inverter/PCB assembly lines, lean manufacturing & plant KPIs.
  • Strong leadership — proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
