Lead SAP Recruiter - US

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP Recruiter to drive end-to-end SAP hiring for the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US IT staffing, SAP recruitment, team leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for SAP requirements across the US market.
• Source, screen, and evaluate SAP professionals across various SAP modules.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
• Mentor and guide recruiters to achieve hiring targets and improve team performance.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely stakeholder communication.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure SLA/TAT adherence.

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of experience in US IT Staffing with strong SAP recruitment expertise.
• Experience hiring for SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, BW, Basis, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and BTP.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading recruitment teams is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a staffing or consulting organization.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, tax terms, and employment types.
