Job description

Job Title: Level2 Technical Support Executive (POS, SCO, Powershell, SQL)

Experience: 2–6Years

Location: Hyderabad

Interview Mode: In-Person Interview (Mandatory)

Immediate Joiners are Preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive Level2 helpdesk support for inbound customer service requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Handle incidents and service requests escalated from Level 1 support teams.
  • Perform technical analysis of incidents and review ticket history.
  • Utilize knowledge bases, log files, and remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Create, update, and maintain tickets with accurate information.
  • Assist field service technicians by providing technical guidance and spare-part recommendations when remote resolution is not possible.
  • Identify recurring issues and prepare reports for management.

Must Have Skills:

Basic knowledge of:

  • SQL
  • PowerShell, Command Prompt (CMD)
  • Active Directory
  • Networking Fundamentals, Jump Server Concepts, TCP/IP Fundamentals
  • Computer Hardware Components
  • Strong SQL troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
  • User profile management.
  • System performance troubleshooting.
  • Office 365 application support.
  • Desktop/Laptop hardware troubleshooting
  • Log analysis
  • IIS and Windows Server knowledge
  • ServiceNow/Jira familiarity
  • Components identification and replacement guidance
  • Printer and peripheral support
  • Excellent communication skills in local language and English (written and verbal).

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in Service Desk Support or Technical Support.
  • Mandatory experience working with Global clients or Retail Domain, POS, SCO, EFT, Printer, Scanner.
  • Needs to work in Rotational shift 24*7.
  • Its 5days WORK FROM OFFICE MODEL.
