Employment Type: Full-time

Designation: Senior Accountant

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the accounting field.

Mandatory Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Finalisation of accounts and books of records using Zoho software.
• Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management.
• Generation and management of invoices, TDS applicability etc.
• Complete GST return filing process, including data collection, preparation of GSTR 1, reconciliation of GSTR 2A & 2B, and filing of GSTR 3B.
• Basic understanding of annual GST filings, including GSTR 9 and GSTR 9C.
• Providing support for tax audits and statutory audits.
• Management of TDS filings and corrections, including the full process of deduction, deposit, and preparation of TDS returns.
• Handling and resolving client queries.
• Coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Overseeing payroll processing to ensure accurate recording in books.

Requirement:

• A graduate with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the accounting field, or completion of CA IPCC.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Zoho Books, with expertise in recording GST invoices (both purchases and sales) and TDS-related expenses.
• Previous experience working within a Chartered Accountant firm is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of financial transaction to help achieve Financial transaparency in making BS, PL, CFS etc.
• Knowledge of GST regulations and Income Tax compliance.
