Position: Salesforce Architect - Marketing Cloud Personalization

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement enterprise solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).

- Develop personalization campaigns, dynamic content, recommendations, and real-time decisioning strategies.

- Configure catalogs, user profiles, datasets, event schemas, and customer affinity models.

- Build behavioural targeting rules and implement personalization across web, mobile, banking, landing pages, and self-service portals.

- Develop and maintain sitemap configurations, user activity tracking, and behavioural event collection.

- Integrate Marketing Cloud Personalization with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, CRM platforms, MuleSoft, APIs, and enterprise customer data platforms.

- Enable real-time audience sharing, customer journey orchestration, and cross-channel campaign activation.

- Design audience segmentation using behavioural events, demographics, product ownership, customer lifecycle, and engagement patterns.

- Build AI-driven and rules-based targeting strategies with trigger-based personalization campaigns.

- Design event tracking frameworks, data ingestion pipelines, and real-time event processing capabilities.

- Troubleshoot customer profile, event collection, and behavioural data issues.

- Collaborate with Data Cloud and Data Engineering teams to enable customer data synchronization and profile unification.

- Develop REST API integrations, custom connectors, and enterprise data integration solutions.

- Ensure data privacy, governance, consent management, and platform compliance.

- Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and solution design initiatives.

- Establish engineering standards, CI/CD processes, release management, and deployment best practices.

- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout Agile project delivery.

- Support production deployments, platform optimization, and incident resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Salesforce Architecture experience with expertise in Marketing Cloud Personalization.

- Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud (Data 360), and Marketing Cloud Engagement.

- Expertise in customer journey orchestration, personalization strategies, audience segmentation, and behavioural targeting.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, Flow, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and Salesforce development.

- Strong knowledge of event tracking, behavioural analytics, customer profile management, and audience activation.

- Experience integrating Salesforce platforms using MuleSoft, REST APIs, enterprise customer data platforms, and CRM systems.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, behavioural data analysis, and digital analytics.

- Strong understanding of data ingestion, audience management, segmentation, profile unification, and enterprise integrations.

- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and release management.

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, consent management, and enterprise governance frameworks.

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large-scale customer engagement implementations is preferred.
