Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Executive Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with a focus on maintaining equipment and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • 2-6 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a maintenance environment.
