Enterprise Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that aligns with business needs and goals.
• Create and manage architectural models and roadmaps for the organizations IT systems.
• Establish guidelines, standards, and best practices for system design and implementation
• Work with business and IT leaders to develop IT strategies that support the organizations long-term vision and goals.
• Oversee the design and selection of technology solutions that address both current and future needs of the organization
• Create blueprints for systems integration, data management, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Work with business leaders, application teams, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
• Ensure that IT solutions comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in an technical architect role.
• Proven experience in designing large-scale IT systems, solutions, and infrastructures.
• Experience with cloud technologies, microservices, and enterprise applications.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
• Excellent understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Proficiency in designing data architectures and integration patterns.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in risk management, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level technologies and modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, storage, and server technologies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
