Job Role:
Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for analysing market trends, study new markets & opportunities for company system engineering portfolio. BDM will be responsible for building strategics partnerships, expanding market presence, nurturing leads and drive growth in the segment. BDM will be responsible for planning and execute customer connects programs like seminars, trainings, workshops etc. BDM will be collaborating with the Sales team to device market strategies to create new named accounts while upselling & cross-selling into existing accounts.
Desired Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in the field of marketing & business development of technical software products (EDA / Embedded Debug / Simulation / Validation & Verification toolchain)
• Experience in demand creation of products to Corporates & Institutional establishments, Defence & Government Departments.
• Proven track record on Prospecting skills, Product planning, Market knowledge
• Strong Technical Knowledge, Excellent Communication skills, Ability to be flexible and proactive.
• Willingness to Travel extensively across India
Additional experience (Not essential, but will be an added advantage):
• Experience in handling MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) and / or Simulation solutions business development to Automotive and Industrial organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Build market position by researching Industry, locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. Work with Application Support team and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from sales campaigns.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
