Associate Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Associate Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for graduates from design institutes who have a strong visual design sense and a passion for creating engaging digital content. The candidate should be eager to learn, adapt to emerging AI-powered design tools, and contribute to building compelling marketing creatives across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design creative social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  
• Develop visually appealing creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
  
• Create basic motion graphics and short promotional videos for digital campaigns.
  
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand objectives and translate ideas into impactful visuals.
  
• Incorporate feedback and deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines.
  
• Stay updated with current design trends and social media best practices.
  
• Utilize AI design tools to improve design quality and productivity.
  
• Explore new AI-based creative tools and workflows to enhance content creation.
  
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual identity and branding guidelines.
  
• Organize and maintain design assets for future use.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related design field.
  
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
  
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Magnific AI, Figma, Canva, Claude Design, or similar platforms.
  
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an advantage.
  
• Basic knowledge of creating graphics and short-form video content.
  
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing creatives.
  
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
  
• Candidates from recognized Design Institutes are preferred.
  
• A portfolio showcasing academic or personal design projects is mandatory.
