About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their careers in sales, marketing, and business development. You will receive hands-on training while working on lead generation, digital marketing, client communication, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
  
• Assist the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities.
  
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
  
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  

Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  
• Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms.
  
• Support SEO, content marketing, and email marketing activities.
  
• Conduct competitor and market research.
  
• Help organize webinars, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
  

General

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams.
  
• Learn about company products, services, and industry trends.
  
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations.
