We are hiring Seasoned Senior Recruiters with exceptional communication skills for immediate openings in our Hyderabad, Santosh Nagar Office.

& :

We are seeking experienced professionals with a proven track record in US Staffing who are adept at sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying top talent across diverse domains.

& :

1. Proven Expertise:

a) Successful track record as a recruiter in the US Staffing industry.

b) Extensive experience sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through multiple channels.

. & :

a) Deep understanding of various work authorization types, including W2 and expertise in negotiating rates and salaries with candidates (GC, EAD, etc.).

. :

a) Proficient in using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed and other sourcing tools (social media, networking, referrals, etc.).

. & :

a) Skilled in working with direct clients and managing candidate pipelines.

b)Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to find common ground and close deals effectively.

. - & :

a) Ability to identify the ideal candidate for technical job descriptions.

b) Creative and strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities, especially for niche roles.

. & :

a) Capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced agency environment.

b) Persistent and goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejection and maintain productivity.

a) Excellent communication and active listening skills.

b) Professional, adaptable, and focused on achieving results.

. :

a) Proficiency in tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with technical interviews to assess IT skills.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (BS) or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience with direct Non IT Clients and agency recruitment is essential.
