Key Responsibilities:

Manage large-scale customer or service migration projects.

Coordinate migration activities while ensuring minimal service disruption.

Perform quality assurance, validation, and reconciliation of migrated services.

Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful migration execution.

Maintain accurate documentation and tracking throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer/service migrations, telecom, or related fields.

Strong understanding of network connectivity products including:

Voice, VPN, IP, Ethernet, Waves

Experience working with enterprise tools such as:

Salesforce, R4, CLM & Adobe Sign

Expertise in:

Network migration methodologies

Quality assurance processes

Service reconciliation

Prior experience with telecom or enterprise network service providers is preferred.
