Social Media Content Creator: Hyderabad Location: Hyderabad | Language: Telugu/English About the role NIAT runs a growing set of social pages beyond our main brand handle — regional, topic-led, and audience-led. You'll own a few of them end to end, and you'll be the person who shoots and edits across the wider portfolio. You decide, you shoot, you edit, you post. You're not waiting for a brief — you're on campus, close to the students, and often the first to know what's worth making. What you'll do - Own 2–3 pages end to end: calendar, content calls, publishing, comments - Hit the growth targets set for those pages, and diagnose your own misses - Shoot on campus — student stories, events, faculty, formats built for Telugu audiences - Edit to platform: Reels, Shorts, carousels, cutdowns, on fast turnaround - Support shoots and edits for pages owned by others when volume spikes - Keep footage organised so one shoot can feed multiple posts - Use AI-powered video generation tools to create, enhance, and accelerate social content production What we're looking for - 1–3 years making social content, in-house, agency, or on your own page - You can shoot on a phone or camera and get usable footage without a crew - Comfortable editing in Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci — we care what you cut, not what you cut it in - Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (e.g., Veo, Runway, Pika, Kling, etc.) to create and enhance video content - You can read a page's analytics and form a view on what to change next week - Native fluency in Telugu — you'll write hooks and scripts in it, not translate them - Based in Hyderabad and able to be on campus regularly
