Salary: Hike on Current Salary (based on skills & experience)

About the Role:

Crawl Digitally is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and be passionate about creating visually engaging content for social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for social media, ad campaigns, and websites (carousels, posts, stories, banners, etc.)
• Collaborate with social media and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
• Develop and execute branding assets, including brand identity elements, brand guidelines, and visual communication materials
• Ensure all designs effectively reflect the brand's positioning, tone, and visual identity
• Create visual concepts based on brand guidelines and marketing briefs
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, branding practices, and design tools
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine and improve creative outputs
• Contribute to brand-building initiatives by creating cohesive and impactful visual experiences across digital platforms

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Good understanding of social media content formats (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work
• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback
• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity systems, typography, color theory, and brand storytelling
• Experience in creating logos, brand kits, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral
