Infinity Quest is expanding its UK & Europe Recruitment Team in Hyderabad, and we're looking for energetic, ambitious, and driven recruiters who are ready to grow with us.

Position Details:

Role: IT Recruitment Consultant (UK & Europe)

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad (Work from Office – 5 Days)

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years (UK & Europe Recruitment Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities'

Work on UK & Europe IT recruitment requirements

Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels

Identify and engage top IT talent

Manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle using CEIPAL ATS

Meet recruitment KPIs and delivery targets

Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in UK & Europe IT recruitment

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals

CEIPAL ATS experience is an added advantage

Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
