Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000/month

Reporting To: Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, creative, research-driven, and AI-enabled Graphic Designer to create premium content for doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare brands.

This is not a traditional poster-making role.

We are looking for someone who can combine:

Creativity + Research + AI + Fast Execution

to create visually engaging healthcare content that builds trust, authority, and engagement online.

A portfolio is mandatory for this role.

Candidates applying must share relevant work samples showcasing:

• Social media creatives
• Carousel designs
• YouTube thumbnails/reel covers
• Educational or informational content designs
• Branding consistency and visual aesthetics

Candidates without a portfolio/work samples may not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing:

• Static social media posts
• Carousel posts
• Reel covers
• YouTube thumbnails
• Healthcare educational creatives
• Myth vs Fact posts
• Awareness creatives
• GMB creatives

You will also be expected to:

• Research topics before designing
• Find visual references and inspiration
• Use AI tools smartly to improve speed and creativity
• Suggest creative layouts and visual ideas
• Maintain premium and clean healthcare aesthetics
• Deliver multiple creatives daily with minimal revisions

Daily Output Expectation

Expected average output:

4–5 static posts/thumbnails + 1–2 carousels/day

(depending on complexity)

Must Have a Strong Understanding Of

• Typography & font pairing
• Colour pairing
• Layout hierarchy
• Brand consistency
• Design psychology
• Visual storytelling
• Thumbnail psychology
• Attention to detail & premium aesthetics

Preferred

• Figma
• AI image generation tools
• Healthcare or educational content experience

You should understand when to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or AI to improve speed without compromising design quality.

Work Timings

Monday – Friday: Work From Office (10 AM – 7 PM)

Saturday:

1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday – Work From Home
