Video Editor – Political Campaigns

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2–5 Years

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Joining: Immediate

About The Role

We are a Campaign Management organization working on high-impact political campaigns, public outreach programs, governance communication, and digital media strategies.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who can transform ideas into compelling visual stories. The ideal candidate should have experience working with media houses, advertising agencies, political campaigns, or digital marketing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit high-quality videos for political campaigns, social media platforms, and digital outreach.
  • Create engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp.
  • Develop campaign videos, promotional content, speeches, event highlights, documentaries, and reels.
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
  • Collaborate with content writers, researchers, graphic designers, and campaign teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content during high-pressure campaign periods.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, political developments, and audience preferences.
  • Manage video archives and content assets efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Video Editing.
  • Prior experience with Advertising Agencies, Media Houses, Political Campaigns, or Digital Marketing Agencies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
  • Strong storytelling, visual communication, and creative editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in editing reels, campaign videos, interviews, testimonials, and event coverage.

Language Requirements

  • English (Read, Write & Speak)
  • Hindi (Read & Speak)
  • Any one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Tulu) – Mandatory

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Experience working in political communication or election campaigns is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Passionate about politics, media, public communication, and digital storytelling.
