Our client is a finance and advisory firm that supports founders, CEOs, and CFOs with outsourced accounting, tax, and financial operations.
They work with businesses and individuals across industries — including real estate, SaaS, and investment firms — helping them manage bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting without building a full in-house team.
Because the work directly impacts tax compliance, financial accuracy, and client outcomes, precision and reliability are critical. Mistakes here don't just create internal issues — they can affect filings, liabilities, and client trust.
Your Role
We're hiring a CPA / Tax Accountant to support US business tax returns (e.g., Forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065).
This is an execution-focused role. You'll work closely with senior tax professionals and be responsible for preparing returns, organizing client documentation, and supporting filings with a high level of accuracy.
This is not a strategy-heavy or advisory role — the focus is on doing the work well, consistently, and on time.
Strong communication is essential. You'll be working in a remote team supporting US-based clients, so clarity and responsiveness matter.

Important Note
This role requires strong English communication and real experience with US business tax returns (e.g., 1120 / 1120S / 1065).
Candidates without hands-on experience preparing business returns or with limited communication ability will not be considered.
