We are currently seeking a ServiceNow - Enterprise /Platform Architect Intermediate to join our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).

Job Title: ServiceNow - Enterprise / Platform Architect

Location: Remote (with occasional travel as needed)

Role Overview:

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow - Enterprise / Platform Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre-sales efforts including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Advisory & Strategic Consulting

- Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
- Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities.
- Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (any one).
- Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.
- Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design and implementation plans.
- Apply deep business process knowledge to map client needs to ServiceNow capabilities and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

Technical Implementation & Platform Expertise

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery and more.
- Perform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessments.
- Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF).
- Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing strategies.

Proposal & SOW Development

- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagements.
- Estimate effort, define scope, and align deliverables with client expectations and budget constraints.
- Support pricing strategies and resource planning for advisory and implementation phases.

Qualifications:

- 8 to 11 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
- Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions.
- ServiceNow certifications required:

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
• Certified Implementation Specialist (at least ONE of the following):

- ITSM

- ITOM - Discovery / Event Management / Service Mapping

- ITAM - Hardware / Software

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
