Business Title: Executive Projects

Role Purpose Statement:

• Lead the planning and reporting of project-related activities including project approvals fund allocation and expenditure tracking. Drive a data-driven approach to identify opportunities and build a pipeline of process improvement projects.

Main Accountabilities:

• To Co-ordinate with the plant team and collaborate with other functions to execute the assigned projects activities including approval status reporting etc.
• To support project Managers for all facets of the BPS (Bunge Production System) Project Management Pillar related requirements (Budget Schedule Execution Quality and risk)
• Tracks progress of eachprojectagainst goals objectives approved budgets approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Create & Track action plans to meet objectives budget and schedule in consultation with team members.
• Lead data collection across various processes and operational stages. Ensure data is accurately cleaned validated and consolidated into centralized databases to support analysis and benchmarking.
• Analyze process data to generate actionable insights enabling identification of bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Benchmark key process parameters against internal standards as well as industry best practices.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities. Contribute to the development and execution of improvement projects by providing analytical support and insights.
• Participate in hazard identification and risk analysis method statements etc for high level project risk.
• Participate in Identifying complexprojectrisks lead constructability reviews develop risk mitigation and contingency plans and implement action plans to reduce or eliminateprojectrisks.
• Understand basic PFDs P&I Auto Cad diagrams.
• Co-ordinate with Procurement teams for procurement related activities.

• Preparation of 2-3 Yrs Process Improvement Project Pipeline
• Ensure 100% compliance to Global & Regional Reporting.
