Role Description The Primary Coordinator will oversee the academic and co-curricular programs for primary grades, ensuring curriculum delivery aligns with Cambridge and CBSE standards. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes planning lesson schedules, supporting teachers with instructional strategies, and monitoring classroom practices to maintain high educational quality. The Primary Coordinator will organize assessments, review student performance data, and collaborate with teachers to implement remedial and enrichment initiatives. Responsibilities also include coordinating parent communication, contributing to school events and activities, and working closely with school leadership to drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and instructional leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor primary teachers.
• Experience in curriculum planning and implementation, preferably with Cambridge and/or CBSE primary programs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation, and assessment coordination.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field; a B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
• Prior experience in a primary coordinator, grade-level leader, or similar academic leadership role is an advantage.
• Commitment to holistic education, child-centered learning, and adherence to school policies and safeguarding standards.
