CodeVyasa - Artificial Intelligence Lead

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled AI Lead in Delhi having 7+ years of experience with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of ML and Generative AI/LLM-based solutions from concept to production.

- Architect scalable AI systems and provide technical direction to the engineering team.

- Drive model development, fine-tuning, and evaluation for Generative AI and LLM use cases.

- Own containerization and orchestration of AI workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and production reliability.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists on the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of overall experience in Python-based software/ML development.

- Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLM-based systems.

- Proven experience leading AI/ML projects or teams end-to-end.

- Solid working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
