Job Description – Fashion Stylist Location: Noida Sector 88 (Onsite) Experience: 1–3 Years Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion trends, styling techniques, and visual aesthetics. You will be responsible for creating compelling looks for photoshoots, campaigns, e-commerce, and social media content while ensuring they align with the brand's identity. Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute styling for e-commerce, campaign, and social media shoots. - Select and coordinate outfits, accessories, footwear, and props to create cohesive looks. - Collaborate with fashion designers, photographers, videographers, and the creative team to achieve the desired visual outcome. - Stay updated with current fashion trends, seasonal styles, and market insights. - Prepare styling mood boards and look books for upcoming collections and campaigns. - Ensure garments are well-fitted, steamed, and shoot-ready. - Organize and maintain the styling wardrobe, accessories, and shoot inventory. - Assist during shoots by making styling adjustments and ensuring the overall look remains consistent. - Suggest styling ideas that enhance the brand image and customer appeal. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience as a Fashion Stylist, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry. - Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and color coordination. - Excellent eye for detail and aesthetics. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Good communication and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in creating mood boards using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Pinterest is an added advantage. Preferred Skills - Experience in styling for fashion brands, catalog shoots, campaigns, or influencer content. - Understanding of visual merchandising and fashion storytelling. - Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize trend-driven looks.
