As anOnboarding Specialistyoullplay a critical role in shaping the early customer journeyguiding clients from implementation through adoption and ensuring they realize value quickly. • Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for assigned customers ensuring a seamless transition from sale to adoption
• Lead onboarding projects by coordinating timelines milestones and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
• Deliver engaging product onboarding sessions and training to help customers quickly adopt and maximize value
• Configure customer environments and guide clients through setup and best-practice implementation
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders including administrators business leaders and senior clientcontacts
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success Product Support and Sales teams to resolve challenges and improve customer outcomes

• 35 years of experience in customer onboarding implementation project coordination or customer success
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving timelines to completion
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive self-driven approach
• ExcellentEnglish verbal and written communication skills
