Enphase is also one of the most successful and innovative clean energy companies in the world with more than 80 million products shipped across 160 countries.Join our dynamic teams designing and developing next-gen energy technologies and help drive a sustainable future!Must be available to work on-site at our Bangalore office 5 days per week.About the Role:We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Lab Engineer to support our Electrical and Mechanical design this role you will be responsible for managing the lab environment enabling rapid prototyping and supporting product development and testing activities.You will play a critical role in ensuring engineers have seamless access to tools equipment and infrastructure required to accelerate innovation and meet product and compliance goals.What you will be doing

• Own and manage end-to-end lab operations for Electrical and Mechanical design support.
• Enablerapid prototyping PCBA rework and troubleshooting for engineering teams.
• Supportproduct validation compliance electrical and thermal testing.
• Maintain a 5S-compliant organized and safe lab environment.
• Plan and maintainlab infrastructure wiring and electrical supply systems.
• Managelab equipment lifecycle including procurement inventory and calibration.
• Overseecomponent inventory material tracking and vendor coordination

Who you are and what you bring

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 8 years of experience.
• Strong understanding ofschematics PCBs and electronic circuit fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience introubleshooting testing and using instruments (oscilloscopes power meters).
• Expertise insoldering and de-soldering (SMD & PTH components) across package types.
• Knowledge ofPCBA handling passive components and lab best practices (5S).
• Experience inlab management inventory tracking and equipment maintenance/calibration.
• Ability to supporttest setups product assembly/disassembly cable harnessing and mechanical tools usage.
• Good to have:

IPC certification in PCB soldering; knowledge of transformer/inductor winding.
