Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer in Mumbai having 8+ years of experience with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and optimization of Generative AI solutions.

- Design scalable architectures for LLM-powered applications using RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.

- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embedding models and vector databases.

- Design, evaluate, and fine-tune system and user prompts to improve response quality, accuracy, latency, and safety.

- Implement model evaluation, versioning, monitoring, and MLOps practices to ensure reliability and performance.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance GenAI applications in production environments.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software design, development, and implementation.

- Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical teams or complex software projects.

- Strong programming expertise in Python and backend application development.

- Extensive experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM-based application development.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, ADK (Agent Development Kit), Prompt Engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.

- Strong experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and working with vector databases.
