Profile:Mill Coordinator-Grey Fabric-Textile-Surat-3.6 LPA

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Textile / Mill Industry
• Experience in mill coordination production planning or grey stock handling preferred

Salary Range: 25k to 30k

Roles:

• Visit mills regularly and coordinate with mill staff regarding production activities
• Follow up with mill masters for weaving programs and production schedules
• Collect and maintain regular updates regarding program status production output and delays
• Monitor grey fabric stock levels and ensure adequate stock availability at mills
• Inform management proactively regarding low stock situations or possible shortages
• Maintain smooth coordination between mills and internal departments for uninterrupted production flow
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports and stock status reports
• Track grey fabric inward and outward movement for proper record management
• Coordinate with purchase inventory and accounts departments for inventory and production requirements
• Provide timely updates to management regarding mill performance production issues and stock positions
• Identify production delays supply chain risks or operational issues and escalate them proactively
• Ensure production activities meet company quality standards and delivery timelines
• Handle multiple mills and weaving programs efficiently with proper follow-up

Qualification:

• Graduate preferred
• Textile-related education will be an added advantage
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
